Thankful Thursday: Cornerstone Team

I’ve said it time and time again, I couldn’t do what I’m doing without my wonderful team standing beside me. I don’t know that they get the recognition they deserve from the outside community but they have certainly shown up for me over the past few years. The teamwork is unbeatable. There’s such a flow of communication, understanding, and respect that we’ve cultivated here.

I think of the game Jenga. Most of you are familiar with that game of building blocks. You have to build a tower and the objective is to remove pieces without the entire structure crumbling. It’s harder than it looks. Each piece on it own look the same but as you quickly find out some pieces are crucial to the overall build. Stronger, more dependable, and reliable. We have lost some employees over the years, some great, and others just passing on through. Our tower has lost a few blocks but what we are left with, hasn’t made us falter. We’ve cultivated a strong and sturdy build. My most important pieces, the most valuable players, the ones keeping the tower standing.

We are moving in such an exciting direction here at Cornerstone. We have so much in store for our customers. It’s the joint effort and a team like this that will push us through and make us unstoppable. So give it up for the team. Cornerstones finest.
